Warranty & Return Policy
At Plé Designs we strive to create and provide a quality product that is unique, luxurious, and a pleasure to own. We hold our customers with the highest regard, and our success is
due not only to our wonderful leather products, but also to our attention to customer service. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it by following these
guidelines:
- A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must accompany returns. Please contact a Plé Designs sales representative to obtain a RMA number, which must be written on the
original invoice and returned with the goods.
- Original Invoice. A copy of the original invoice, with a description of the problem must accompany all returns, as well as a valid RMA#.
- RMA# Duration. The customer's RMA# is valid for 15 calendar days from the date issued. If goods are not received within 15 days, the Return Merchandise Authorization number will be
cancelled. Any goods shipped as advance replacement will be billed at the same rate as the original purchase, plus freight charges.
- Restrictions. Product returns must be: 1) In original condition, as shipped from Plé Designs, with no excessive wear and tear; 2) have a valid RMA#; 3) received by Plé
Designs prior to the RMA expiration date of 15 calendar days from the date issued.
- Warranty Procedure. Plé Designs will, at the company's option, repair or replace the product in a timely manner.
- Refund Policy. Plé Designs maintains a 30-day refund policy. Customer may return goods for a refund if Plé Designs is notified within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping
charges are not refunded.
- Custom creations: No refunds will be issued for custom created items, or embossed or monogrammed items, unless there has been an error made by Plé Designs.
- Freight Charges. In the event of a warranty repair or replacement, or an error by Plé Designs, a call tag will be issued by Plé Designs for pickup of the faulty
goods.
- Payment Policy. Customer's account must be current at the time of RMA # issuance. Customer is still responsible to make proper payment for goods being repaired or replaced under
warranty. A warranty issue is not a valid reason for customer to withhold payment of receivables owed to Plé Designs. In the case of past due account, warranty repair or replacement will be
held until customer's account is brought up-to-date.
- Damaged Goods. Plé Designs is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment, and to note any obvious damage with the
driver. In the event of damaged goods, the customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a damage claim.
